Jefferson's Description
A limited release, small batch artisan bourbon. This is very unusual, and offers a thoroughly distinctive flavour profile, thanks to its 6 to 10 year ageing in very lightly charred (Number 1 char) barrels. Jefferson's bourbon is made with a mashbill of 60% corn, 30% rye and 10% malted barley.
Palate: Soft, warming and supple. Notes of sweet vanilla, spices, toffee, berry fruits, a touch of orange zest, spices and honey.
Finish: Soft and easy-going, very quaff able as it fades out on notes of vanilla sweetness, custard and corn.
